Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced barista to join our team here at Sip and Co located just south of Central Park. We are an independently owned cafe serving specialty coffee and beverages, as well as food and pastries during the day.

As a high volume café, candidates should be familiar with how to make basic espresso drinks and how to take and facilitate orders with guests in a timely and efficient manner. Other responsibilities include handing kitchen orders to customers, some light bussing/clearing tables, and overall cleanliness of the cafe. We all work together to help one another keep the cafe as clean and welcoming as possible and we look forward to adding another person to the team with the same mindset and work ethic.

Start dates are flexible and part or full time positions may be available. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, and tips are split evenly amongst all the baristas on a weekly basis. We look forward to speaking with you soon and hopefully having you join us at our shop!
