Job Description

Seeking part-time barista for full service restaurant and bar. Opened in 2012, Dudley’s has become a Lower East Side staple for brunch, cocktails, and all-day Aussie eats. We are a high volume restaurant and bar focused on serving top quality coffee.

Applicant should have significant coffee knowledge and experience including the following:
– 1+ year experience as barista in third wave/specialty cafe, restaurant, or similar
– Ability to make beautiful latte art
– Ability to make delicious coffee and espresso drinks with efficiency
– Experience with La Marzocco espresso machines or similar
– Positive and welcoming personality
– Bartending or serving experience preferred, but not required

Task and Responsibilities:
– Servicing coffee orders, while serving guests at the bar
– Taking orders on Toast POS
– Assisting bartenders and fellow bar staff with needed tasks
– Assist bar leads in inventory and restocking

Compensation:
– Hourly, plus tips. Tips are pulled for the entire restaurant per shift. Baristas, servers, and bartenders are all tipped out for a full point.
