About Us:

We are a family owned and operated coffee roasting company that has firmly planted our feet in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Founded in 2020, we have grown into two espresso bars across Greenpoint and Williamsburg with a third opening in November. We are passionate about sharing specialty coffee with a large rotating collection of Single Origins and unique, specialty bakery items.

What We’re Looking For:
We are currently in need of an experienced barista who shares our passion for connecting to the community through exceptional coffee, delicious baked goods and warming customer service.
Our staff work between all locations so no two days are ever the same. We are a growing, close-knit team that works very hard to make each day a positive one for each other and our guests.

The non negotiables:
-4+ years experience in Third Wave/Specialty Coffee (general coffee knowledge, dialing in espresso etc.)
-A mature, yet fun and friendly demeanor with customers and coworkers.
-A great attitude about day to day operations of the store.
-Experience in a fast paced high volume environment.
-Excellent communications skills
-Ability to build great relationships with coworkers and customers.
-Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
-Great attention to detail.
-Keeps very clean workspace
-NYC Food Protection Certificate (or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire)
-Available to work minimum 4 shifts a week inclusive of weekends.

Our hourly pay range is $16-18/hr based on demonstrable skills and experience and tips are typically $80-120/shift.
