We are looking for an experienced Lead Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of Barista experience, a passion for coffee and an upbeat personality.

St Jardim is a restaurant that offers a unique upscale casual dining experience. During the day, it operates as a multi-roaster cafe, while at night, it transforms into a natural wine bar with an extensive list of fortified wine and amari. We take pride in sourcing our produce from local markets and specialty importers, ensuring the freshest ingredients in our dishes. Our exceptional sound system and record player create an immersive ambiance for our diners. Our diverse team works cohesively, always striving to be at our best.

This position requires the successful applicant to be an early riser, with the ability to work weekends and handle the high intensity environment within our coffee shop. They must also possess a friendly attitude and be willing to greet our guests with a smile. In addition to basic barista tasks, the lead barista must help with

-sourcing coffees from new and exciting roasters
-aid our own roasting operations
-score coffees everyday through TDS readings and cuppings
-excel in equipment maintenance
-train all staff on coffee/tea related topics
