We are opening a small but high-quality coffee shop in the East Side

– [ ] Our coffee shop will prioritize in quality in all aspects , the coffee beans we will use are Roasted locally , and use the best quality equipment to brew it. We invested in high-quality equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, to ensure that the coffee is consistently excellent. We will also offer high-quality coffee drinks, and pastries.
– [ ] We will strive to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
– [ ] We plan to Train our staff to be knowledgeable in providing excellent customer service and customer interaction.
– [ ] We are looking for a Barista that is a talented and enthusiastic to join our team
Requirements:
* At least 3years customer service experience in a coffee shop or similar environment
* 2 years in specialty coffee experience
* Knowledge of standard espresso beverages
* Closing and Opening experience
* Have NY Food Handler’s certificate
* Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Availability to work on your feet( 7-8 hrs) a day ,lift 50lb unassisted.

Cafe Pay $19.00/hr -21.00 + tips, commensurate w/ experience.
Free drinks, & roasted coffee allowance.
