Job Description

For the past 9 years we have been pouring flat whites and smashing avocados in Williamsburg — serving up good coffee, brekkie & vibes to the local community! We are a small but fast-paced team that can multi-task (making coffee whilst greeting customers and entering orders all at the same time).

We are looking for a skilled barista with serving experience. The role will also consist of making amazing coffee, greeting customers, taking orders, offering menu suggestions, running out food and drinks and clearing tables as well as dishwashing, restocking and cleaning. The ideal candidate for this role is extremely personable both with the customers, as well as also your fellow staff members.

Current hours are from 8am-4pm every day.

• 2+ years of specialty coffee experience (with serving experience)
• Able to work fast while maintaining high quality standards
• Able to work well as part of a team and also by yourself
• Exceptional customer service with a warm welcoming attitude
• Must be available to work 4-5 days a week including Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays
• Wage: hourly rate based on experience (*with tips ~ $24-28/hr)

*Must have valid working permit/visa/citizenship (however we will also consider sponsorship for the right person!)
