We are a multi roaster coffee shop looking for an ALL ROUNDER BARISTA in a very busy coffee shop in the Crown Heights/ Prospect Heights border.

REQUIREMENTS and ABSOLUTE must haves: DO NOT APPLY OTHERWISE

– Customer Service is the backbone of our shop – so positive and friendly attitude is a NON NEGOTIABLE.

– An interest in all things coffee and a coffee drinker – the job requires you to consume a lot of coffee.

– Basic barista fundamentals: willing to progress and advance your skillsets is a must.

– Full weekend availability

– EXTREME levels of common sense required – focus and sharpness is highly recommended to enjoy working with us.

– Hard work ethics: we are a fast paced, high standards high demand environment – we are not a lean and chill cafe.

– Be able to physically lift atleast 40-50lbs on a daily basis

– Be on your on feet for 6-7hrs straight

– Be punctual and reliable

– Be able to attend training hours (6:30pm – 8:30pm)

Starting rate regardless of experience is $16/hr + tips – we review payrates quarterly on the 1st year then half yearly afterwards.

Quaterly/half yearly pay rate progression is purely based on CONSISTENT performance and skillset progression.

We provide all training to refine your barista skillsets from beginner to advanced level.
