Baristas needed for Growing Company!

We are an established Bakery/Cafe with multiple retail locations in the neighborhoods of Brooklyn and Manhattan, and more to come in 2018.  We need talented and ambitious baristas to prepare quality drinks while being a friendly front of house.
We are looking for a barista looking to continuously improve and take on additional responsibilities as the company expands.

We require:
– People person, excited to engage a diverse customer base and your colleagues
– Attention to detail, and willingness to learn
– 1 year of experience in a high-volume cafe setting preparing manual espresso-based menu
– Ability to multitask
– Excitement and passion for specialty coffee
– High standards of tidiness and cleanliness
– Food handler’s license or in the process of acquiring one
– Comfortable working alone or on a team
– Strong work ethic and ability to think on your feet
