Bird & Branch is a coffee shop located in Hell’s Kitchen at 359 W 45th St (@ 9th Ave).

Our company’s primary focus is to provide a job-training program for people with barriers to employment and we execute that via work in specialty coffee. Our shop has been open since February 2018, we serve Saint Frank Coffee alongside house-made baked items (black sesame is one of our favorite flavors), and we have some wonderful teammates and are looking to bring on a few more.

We are looking for both baristas and bakers, or even applicants who are interested in learning to bake to go along with their coffee expertise.

Ideally, applicants are interested in our mission as a social enterprise as we need baristas on bar who can model a great work environment for trainees.

What you can expect at B&B:
– We’re a mom & pop shop, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to work with us and communicate with us
– We appreciate feedback and schedule regular meetings with all team members to provide ample space for discussion
– We have monthly team meetings to review shop updates, hold trainings on various topics, experiment with drink ideas, or just hangout
