Joe at Grand Central is hiring 1-2 full or part time (3 shifts a week min) baristas or wanna-be baristas (who are willing to pay dues for a bit while they learn the ins and outs of this shop and soon begin training on bar)   This is a great location for an efficent staffer who likes to hustle.  Flexible hours and schedule, good tips, and a great team.
