Barista for Restaurant Associates( Real Cool Account)

Position Summary:

Barista’s who provide knowledgeable, courteous and outstanding customer service. Only candidates with at least One-years barista/cafe/coffeehouse/restaurant experience will be considered.   We are looking for Baristas who have a passion for Coffee, Tea and Espresso based beverages. Ability to communicate effectively with others, including giving and receiving feedback on all aspects of service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve all Guests a superb Coffee or Espresso Based Beverage.
• Provide coffee information on current menu items to all Company Staff confidently and accurate.
• Greet and interact with all customers. Prepare beverages to the best ability.
• Training and developing current and new coffee bar attendants
• Providing the best quality coffee daily. Taste coffee to ensure the best quality.
• Checks Supplies in counter area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
• Offer, create and suggest better ideas and programs to help better serve our guests.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work space
• Have FUN!!

Job Requirements:

• The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch.
• The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds
• Maintain RA Hospitality Standards

Needed for a 40-hour work week.

Monday – Friday(no weekends)

$21.00 per hour
