Now Hiring part-time Baristas at PROOF Coffee in Harlem! No prior Barista experience required, must have weekend availability.

Starts at $16-17/hr (depending on experience) plus tips.

ABOUT THE JOB…
Baristas are the heart and soul of our company, and will be responsible for running the coffee bar to our highest standards. Baristas will be encouraged to learn about our coffee inside and out; this is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in expanding their coffee knowledge, as we will be working directly with coffee that is roasted by us.

Responsibilities Include:
-Prepare cafe beverages in accordance to The Proof Coffee’s standards
-Maintain an efficient and clean espresso bar
-Brew coffees and teas according to specifications
-Uphold hospitality and service standards set by The Proof Coffee

Requirements:
-1 year customer service experience
-Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
-Flexible Availability
-An enthusiasm for service & hospitality
-A desire to learn and collaborate in a supportive environment
