Pavé NYC, Midtown’s hot Bakery/Cafe is looking for an experienced Barista/Cashier to join our team!
We are looking for people who can think critically with strong work ethics to to join our incredibly talented team.
We have a slim team and intend to keep it small. We do about 300-450 transactions on a daily basis. Tips are pooled weighted by hours worked in addition to the base pay.
Starting base pay is $17 per hour with potential to increase with a proven track record.

We expect Baristas to function as an all around person whose versatility allows us to keep our team effective. We look for candidates to learn and grow with the company as we grow.

Barista/Cashier should have a minimum of two year experience/exposure working with specialty coffee drinks who has an in-depth understanding of coffee, hospitality, sense of urgency and teamwork.
