Barista – Lisbonata (Brooklyn, NY)

Lisbonata is looking for an experienced barista who is passionate about coffee, takes pride in their craft, and can handle a fast-paced environment. We value quality, consistency, and great service, and we’re looking for someone who can confidently manage the coffee bar while working as part of a small, dedicated team.

This is a unique opportunity to join the opening team of our first brick-and-mortar location. You’ll be part of building something from the ground up—helping shape the daily flow, coffee program, and customer experience from day one.

Start date: early May 2025.

What You’ll Do:
Dial in espresso, adjust recipes, and ensure consistency in every cup
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with efficiency and care
Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
Manage busy hours smoothly while staying focused on quality
Work closely with the team and contribute to a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced coffee shop
Strong understanding of dialing in espresso and making recipe adjustments
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume service while maintaining quality
Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently when needed
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Availability from Wednesday-Sunday
