At Birch Coffee, we believe in amazing customer service. It’s people first, but the coffee is a CLOSE second! Birch started in 2009, with our simple goal to help make every person’s day better. Our baristas are the face of the company and we rely on them to continue our mission every day toward serving people’s needs.

We’re looking for people who share our vision for positivity and strong coffee. We are currently looking to hire both part/full time for all positions from entry level cashier to experienced Shift Leaders. Positions available throughout most NYC stores.

The ideal Birch team member is someone who is passionate about creating incredible guest experiences grounded in respect, empathy, and recognition. If you are passionate about the service industry and love meeting new people everyday, we’d love to meet you. A Few of the Things we expect from you:

• 18 years of age or older & U.S. work authorization
• Flexible availability during weekdays, Weekends required
• Ability to split between multiple locations
• Punctuality and reliability
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Prior Coffee experience is a PLUS but not a MUST
• Passion for coffee and creating positive working environment
