Grocery 205 is a bakery/bulk grocery store serving the neighborhood around Grand and Leonard. We are very much dedicated to our community and already have a very enthusiastic customer base. Primarily, this ad is dedicated to coffee pros. We need folks who can manage our coffee program for us. The details of the position is open to discussion. We are also in need of bakers, and counter help in addition to baristas. Someone who could make outstanding coffee, help our house baker bake-off proofed pastry a bit and manage staff would be ideal.

The traffic at this location has been historically bananas. Tips are terrific. Espresso was urgently missing until now, our client base is VERY excited about it. We have a La Marzocco Lina Classic and a Mazzer Kony S and we’re working with the very fine folks at Parlor. We are using Square POS.

This shop is run by a neighborhood independent owner. We are not an anonymous chain. We’re dedicated to art, music, food, the environment and inclusion. We are also advocates for work/life balance.
