Job Description

We are looking for a barista with a passion for specialty coffee, an interest in continual education in the coffee industry and the drive to delight customers with excellent drinks and service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing in the coffee industry.  Soon we will start working on a second shop which provides many learning experiences from shop concept, design, build out and launch.

Barista responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm welcome
• Provide friendly and excellent customer service
• Prepare specialty coffee and tea drinks according to recipes
• Present drinks in a visually pleasing manner
• Consistently drive for excellent quality
• Perform daily maintenance on equipment (dialing in grinders, cleaning procedures, etc.)
• Keep work space clean and sanitized
• Promote strong team spirit through effective communication and supporting one another
• Work flexibly with team members sharing in shop responsibilities (e.g., dish washing, food preparation, cleaning, etc.)
• Be punctual and observe regular and consistent attendance
