TASKS:
– Make high end, beautiful espresso drinks using manual La Marzocco
– Understand and speak with customers about coffee, espresso, and baked goods
– Serve customers baked goods, ice cream and beverages to customers

REQUIREMENTS:
– Reliable, punctual and friendly work demeanor
– Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work independently
– Available to work weekends
– Espresso skills: operate a manual espresso machine and basic latte art
– At least one year barista experience in a professional environment
– Must provide TWO PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES
– NY Food Handlers Certificate preferred
