Ground Support Cafe is hiring an experienced barista/Counter person.

Here are the requirements to apply:

-Have coffee experience in High Volume Cafe.
(dialing in, latte art,Milk texture on point, service experience, counter experience is a high must for we are a High volume Cafe in the Heart of Soho. )
– Flexible schedule required with early weekday and weekend availability

– Attention to Punctuality and Detail is a must.

– Positive and friendly disposition towards customers, understands service and the importance of customer experience, while also knowing the money making zone of a business while making sure orders and drinks come in an orderly fashion for the business.
– You communicate well in teams, wipe up stray splashes and coffee grinds as soon as you see them, and take great joy in crushing the rush. You’re someone with an attention to detail.
Naturally outgoing and friendly – as in, you charm even the crankiest customer, before or after caffeine — as well as responsible, reliable and trustworthy. We have an excellent staff and pride ourselves on our professionalism.
