We are excited to say that we are opening a new location below Gramercy Park and we are looking for baristas with experience to join and help lead our team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to advance their barista skills and learn more about the functions of running a business as a hospitality professional. Through our training modules, our team members will learn every aspect of front of house, bar back and becoming a lead barista.

We are a fun, vibrant cafe, concentrated on delivering exceptional customer service alongside our food and beverage program. If you are someone who can work well under pressure, multitask, looking to advance your hospitality skills and be part of a busy team, we would love to hear from you.

General Responsibilities:
-Help with leading a team of 5-6 team members
-Dial in espresso and filter daily to quality standards
-Serve espresso drinks to speciality industry standards
-Participate in trainings and assist with training new members on POS and bar
-Provide exceptional customer service to our locals and new customers
-Arrive to work on time in a presentable manner and be a team player
-Available to work weekdays and weekends with 40 hours per week max. Business hours are 7am-4pm

Benefits to joining our team:
-Hourly pay begins at $11 with tips. We would like to advise that we will be a busy cafe with a high order total due to food and coffee sales and large tips may be generated from these sales. If there is a snow day or any situation that would impact your tips, we would like to also advise that we will provide a wage of $22 per hour, to ensure that you are making more than this per shift.
