Full/Part Time

Simon Sips is looking for a great barista and person to be part of our team. We are literally a team here. We work together to make our jobs more enjoyable and the customer experience that much more exceptional. Coffee people are special people and that characteristic is greatly appreciated, but specialty coffee shops are also a part of the hospitality industry and people skills are therefore very important. While we do have support staff all staff should be prepared to complete all duties when required.

If you are a person who knows how to work, multi-task and be the team member described above then we truly would like to meet you and see if Simon Sips is a good match for you. We are a Monday to Friday operation. Our hours are 6 AM to 5:30 PM. Schedules can be flexible. Pay is very competitive, but commensurate with experience and effort.

This is a different type of job posting because we are looking for those special, reliable and honest people who can appreciate our approach.
