Job Description

Bien Cuit is a James Beard nominated Brooklyn bakery & cafe. Our focus is on the high quality of our hand-crafted bread and pastry created by Chef Zachary Golper with our executive chefs. We are committed to sourcing practices that support regenerative agriculture and we work closely with regional farmers and millers whenever possible. We are a quickly growing company and seek team members who are hands-on and have significant experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience and proven technical expertise as a barista and counterperson
  • General knowledge of register/point of sale systems
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexible schedule — must work weekends
