About Toby’s Estate Coffee NYC:
Originally founded in Australia, Toby’s Estate Coffee is known worldwide for its commitment to exceptional coffee, warm hospitality, and beautiful café experiences. As we launch in NYC, we’re looking for passionate, hospitality-driven individuals to join our opening team and help shape our first U.S. cafés.

The Role:
We’re hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Baristas who are passionate about specialty coffee and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You’ll prepare drinks to a high standard, engage warmly with guests, and help deliver the daily magic that defines Toby’s Estate. This is a chance to be part of something new and exciting in NYC coffee.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso, filter coffee, and other beverages to Toby’s Estate recipes and standards
Deliver warm, genuine hospitality with every guest interaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization across all café stations and FOH areas
Operate the POS system accurately and handle transactions
Replenish stock and supplies during service
Follow NYC food safety and workplace compliance standards
Participate in team training, calibration sessions, and tastings
Support opening and closing procedures as scheduled
Uphold brand values and contribute to a positive team culture

About You
2-3+ year experience in specialty or third wave coffee
Passionate about great coffee and people
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12-38 per week
