We’re Hiring! Baristas (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Café Atelier | Tribeca, NYC

Café Atelier is a charming flower café in the heart of Tribeca, where beautiful blooms meet great coffee. We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and passionate baristas to join our team!

Qualifications

Previous barista experience preferred (2+ years for full-time)
Experience preparing espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Reliable, organized, and a great team player
NYC Food Protection Certificate preferred, or willingness to obtain one
Weekend availability preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks
Provide warm and attentive customer service
Assist with light food preparation (sandwiches and salads)
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Support opening, closing, and daily café operations

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $17–$21 per hour + tips (based on experience and skills)

Full-time and part-time positions available

Part-time: 2–3 days per week

Weekend availability preferred
