Barista / Server

Sobre Masa & P53 is hiring for our specialty cafe & record shop in south Williamsburg. Must have experience in specialty coffee. We are looking for a barista who is very friendly and engaging with customers, and who is skilled at dialing-in and making delicious espresso drinks. The barista will also have a role in taking orders from tables and running food.

We make fresh tortillas in-house and serve upscale Mexican food, as well as craft cocktails in the afternoons/evenings. Pay is $17/hr plus great tips. We roast our own coffee and have direct relationships with the coffee producers (primarily in Mexico). There are the possibility of learning some roasting skills, if that’s something that’s exciting to you. If the fit is good, there is also a possibility of this barista position turning into a role as head barista or a manager position in the future.
