**Head Barista / Manager at Abby’s Cafe**
Williamsburg, Brooklyn

We’re launching a takeout coffee shop and we’re looking for our first Head Barista—someone who’ll build the foundation and grow with us.

**What you’ll do (Day 1):**
• Run the espresso bar, pull shots, craft drinks
• Own the daily operations (opening/closing, cleaning, inventory)
• Order supplies, manage vendors, track stock
• Build our coffee standards from the ground up

**What you’ll do (as we grow):**
• Hire and train new baristas when we scale
• Lead the cafe team
• Refine our menu and sourcing
• Lead the culture we’re building

**What we’re looking for:**
• 2+ years barista experience (specialty coffee preferred)
• Comfortable with ordering, inventory, vendor relationships
• Detail-oriented, reliable, organized
• Hungry to grow into a leadership role
• Want to build something real, not just work shifts
