We are a warm and welcoming flower café located in Tribeca, blending the beauty of flowers with the aroma of great coffee. We are currently hiring experienced Baristas and Manager-level Shift Leads to join our team!

☕ Positions Available:
1. Manager-Level Barista / Shift Lead (Full-Time)

Minimum 2+ years of barista experience required

Experience in supervising or managing a team is a big plus

Must have a valid NYC Food Protection Certificate

Ability to lead shifts, manage prep and service flow, and ensure smooth daily operations

Full-time availability, including weekends preferred

2. Part-Time Barista

Minimum 1 year of barista experience preferred

Must have or be willing to obtain a NYC Food Protection Certificate

Comfortable with coffee, espresso drinks, and light food prep (salads, sandwiches)

Friendly and professional customer service

Available 2–3 days per week, including weekends

🌿 Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks

Provide warm, attentive service to all customers

Assist in preparing simple food items (salads, sandwiches)

Keep work areas clean and organized

Support with opening, closing, and restocking as needed
