Job Description

-Ability to make espresso drinks according to standards in high volume, fast paced environment. Minimum 5 years experience with a semi-automatic espresso machine and execute latte art

-LATTE ART is necessary

-Vast knowledge of various brewing techniques, such as chemex, V60 drip pour over, and willingness to learn how to use the new Steampunk by Alpha Dominche

-Preferred work experience in artisanal coffee shops such as Think, Culture, Stumptown, La Colombe, and etc

Responsibilities include making espresso drinks, fresh pressed juices, restocking, keeping daily inventory and maintaining station cleanliness
-Train staff accordingly to company’s policies and procedures
-Order pastries efficiently to demand
-Excel in customer service with a warm and outgoing approach
