Filtered Harlem is looking for all star Baristas! We serve delicious Counter Culture Coffee on a fun, powder pink LaMarzocco GB5.

Must be a coffee lover who can pour latte art, dial into a grinder, and pull a superb espresso shot. We are looking for candidates who are well-rounded and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We are a fun little neighborhood shop so the ideal candidate is a conversationalist with a smile who can simultaneously move a line and engage with new customers!
