Milkweed Studio is a new specialty coffee space in the heart of Nolita.
Inspired by transformation and the daily ritual of coffee, we’re creating a space that feels calm and intentional, with a strong focus on community — a place where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy a beautiful cup.

Our coffee is roasted in NYC (by us) and guided by a simple philosophy: quality, warmth, and care in every detail. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their craft and enjoy making people’s days a little better. Above skillset, we value attitude and drive.

Barista

Pay: $18–$19/hr + tips (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve espresso and filter coffee to a high standard
– Maintain workflow and cleanliness across the bar
– Support opening and closing procedures
– Engage guests with attentiveness and warmth

Experience: 12 months in specialty coffee space

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
