Four & Twenty Blackbirds, a Brooklyn based pie company, is seeking an experienced Barista to join our Pie Counter team located on 634 Dean St. in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The successful candidate would be someone who is passionate about customer service, and has a knack for drawing in customers. The candidate should be enthusiastic about coffee, as well our pies and baked goods. The position is currently part-time, with the opportunity for added shifts.

Skill requirements and responsibilities:

– Exceptional customer service skills
– Must have night and weekend availability
– Ability to work alone as well as with others
– At least six month experience in specialty coffee environment
– Knowledge in dialing in espresso
– Food Handler’s License is preferred
– Cashier abilities, opening and closing the shop alone
– Daily maintaining and cleaning a cozy pie shop
– Must be fully vaccinated
