About us
Tinto is a new cafe and wine bar in LES/Chinatown featuring Colombian coffee and South American inspired modern fare. A Colombian cafe by day and a South American wine bar by night, we are looking for well rounded employees who are passionate and experienced in the hospitality industry. As a barista you would also assist with serving our guests as we offer counter service and full service. As a new business you have the opportunity to grow with us and start a business from the ground up!

Requirements
Full time availability (four days a week)
Minimum 1-2 years experience as a barista
Bonus 1-2 years experience as a restaurant server 
Preferred interest in wine and food, this is a great opportunity for growth!
Positive and welcoming energy 
Professional presentation and wardrobe

Job Responsibilities 
Opening the cafe independently
Able to dial in the espresso machine and grinder
Milk frothing and latte art ability
Strong attention to detail
Flexibility between serving and working the coffee bar
Friendly and hospitable to all guests 
Consistent stocking and cleaning sidework

Wage- $12/hr +tips
As we have higher food sales than a traditional coffee shop the wage potential reaches much higher than minimum wage
