Bright Side is an Australian-inspired all day cafe located in Williamsburg. We are a high-volume business, with a fast-paced team that can multi-task.

As things are getting even busier by the week, we are looking for skilled and multi-talented servers/baristas. The role will consist of preparing beverages, greeting customers, table service, taking orders, offering menu suggestions, running out food and drinks and clearing tables as well as restocking and cleaning.

Serving experience is required and barista experience is beneficial. You will be providing amazing customer service in a cheerful manner to the local community, giving our customers some friendly banter to start their day.

Compensation is an hourly rate plus share of tips ($25-30 per hour combined).
We also provide free shift meals (and they are delicious)!

• Exceptional customer service with a warm welcoming attitude
• Must be able to work one or both weekend days
