We are looking for Baristas and Shift Leads that would like to join our team who have excellent customer service, have a keen interest in coffee, and have a willingness to learn and improve with our education and training or… baristas that are already amazing and they are wishing to pursue a career in coffee. You must have your food handlers and pass our training modules to become a Shift Lead.

Full time for Partners is 30 – 40 hours, Part time is under 30 hours we run a mix of 6 and 8 hours shifts including one day on the weekend. We will pay a higher hourly rate for those with a food handlers card or those that take on further responsibility like being a Shift Lead.

Our ideal is someone who’s passionate about coffee and hospitality. We also love a re-run, if you have worked for us before, and want to again, we are interested.

You need the ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours, lift up to 30lbs and be able to climb ladders, including the ability to hear audible cues and taste coffee.

We believe in our staff being vaccinated to protect us all in particular our staff that have health concerns.
