Oren’s Daily Roast – Trainer

Who are we?

Oren’s Daily Roast, established in 1986, is a specialty coffee roaster with 9 (soon to be 10) locations in Manhattan. We roast the best coffee available daily to provide our customers with New York’s best and freshest coffee.

Who are we looking for?

We need someone who is proficient in latte art, with a serious love of coffee. You have to be passionate and professional. You must have problem-solving and people management skills, while also being a great communicator. You have to be able to train people, so any experience with training will be a plus. The position would require you to work in our stores and develop and edit our training program as well any new programs. You will have to be knowledgeable in various coffee preparations including but not limited to espresso. We think we have the best customers, so you will have to demonstrate excellent customer service. We need you to be knowledgeable of the NYC Dept of Health and Agriculture requirements too.

What do you get?

The salary is negotiable. The position is full-time with health benefits and pay increases at regular intervals. In addition, we have paid benefit days. We also give our employee generous discounts.
