Job Description

Sweetleaf Coffee Roasters is seeking baristas for our coffee shops.
We are extremely passionate about coffee. All of our equipment is state of the art from our La Marzocco Strada Ep’s to our Mahlkonig Peak grinders. You will also be working with some of the finest coffees the world has to offer.
We are seeking like minded people who want to work in coffee because they love it and want to grow in their craft. We also expect this to be done while keeping customer service first. If you like to smile and work with awesome people this job may be for you.
There is plenty of opportunity for growth as well. We have always promoted our assistant managers and managers from within. We have weekly cuppings at our roastery that staff are encouraged to attend and in house training for all things coffee related.
Compensation is $16 an hour plus tips (about $10 an hour)
