Job Description

  • We’re looking for a Lead Barista to anchor our coffee program and support the GM in day-to-day operations at our cafe/wine bar.
    • 2+ years specialty coffee experience
    • Confident with high-volume service and multi-tasking
    • Detail-oriented, clean, and dependable
    • Team player who likes to teach and support others
    • Dial in espresso and maintain consistent quality throughout service
    • Lead the bar during rushes and support newer baristas
    • Maintain a clean, organized bar that meets DOH standards
    • Help with training, drink recipes, and service flow
    • $19/hour plus tips
