Hampton Coffee Company, a 20-year-old family-owned and operated, community-focused local chain of espresso bars and cafes in The Hamptons, Long Island, New York is looking for some coffee superstars to join our growing team of Baristas and Assistant Managers.

We source and roast our own coffee, do latte art, and offer a friendly and positive work environment.  We bake our own bakery items each morning and offer fresh homemade food for breakfast and lunch.  We have become a local institution attacting coffee connoisseur from all over the world.

Applicants must be proficient Baristas or eager and willing to learn and grow with us.  Must be 100% customer-focused, coffee enthusiasts, team players, friendly and outgoing.

Hourly pay or salary is based upon proven ability and skills you arrive with.  We have plenty of room for you to grow with us as our company continues its success.  You’ll be an important part of our team here and your work will be valued.  Show us what you can do and we’ll make you an offer.
