Responsibilities include giving awe-inspiring customer service and settle complaints/conflicts, constant upkeep of the bars/shops overall appearance (attention to restocking and cleanliness is a must) and getting customers orders fulfilled in a timely, professional and friendly manner -everytime!

Baristas:
We are looking for experienced baristas who can balance stress, talking to customers, steaming milk, watching espresso, and setting up milk while listening to the National on repeat. Latte art isn’t a requirement, but someone who shows initiative, is a quick learner and shows great attention to detail by multitasking really well on the bar will be mentored on espresso, latte art, and tech to further their coffee experience. Baristas should be all-around superstars and should also be able to fit the description for cashiers/servers and not be idle during their shifts. Baristas should have a strong presence and be able to lead the team.

This is a job for those who are willing to work hard and aren’t afraid to carry crates of milk from time to time or get their hands dirty in the kitchen. Hourly pay (plus tips) additional pay based on experience, and a food handler’s license. Opportunities for growth here are always offered as well for those seeking it.
