Job Description

Doughnut Plant is looking for Baristas/Cashiers at all 5 locations!

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Create a variety of coffee, tea and espresso based beverages by following recipes and standards of preparation in a timely and consistent fashion
•Help craft our signature handmade doughnuts
•Provide customers with an in-depth knowledge of coffees and assist with selection
•Ensure product delivery meets the highest quality expectations
•Ensure workspace is kept clean and presentable
•Be able to lift 30 pounds as necessary throughout work
•Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested

QUALITIES
•Greet and make all guests feel welcome and cared for at the store
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Superior knowledge of coffee varieties
•Great attention to detail and creativity
•Knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food
•Willing to follow direction whilst also working independently
