Coffee Bar/Artisan wholesale and retail bread shop looing for a barista/cashier for the retail portion of the business.   Part time hours typically mornings starting at 7:30.  Barista is responsible for putting out bakery items in the morning and setting up the coffee bar (filling milk pitchers, grinding drip coffee, stamping and restocking bags and paper goods. restocking coffee fixing supplies- sugar packets, stirrers etc.) Must be aware of the seating area and on top of wiping off tables and sweeping when necessary.  Some experience is preferred but employer will train the right candidate at our coffee supplier’s barista training facility in NYC.   We are a local family owned business and the employee must have an enthusiastic attitude while being able to interact and explain products to the customers.   We are small so there is a ton of room for advancement.  Ideally, a strong candidate could move on to management of the retail space and assume additional responsibility for inventory and scheduling.
