✨ PART-TIME BARISTA — KUSTOM Matcha & Coffee (Hell’s Kitchen)

📍 400 W 47th St, New York, NY

KUSTOM Matcha & Coffee is a premium matcha & specialty coffee shop serving LA CABRA coffee and ceremonial-grade matcha from Japan & Korea. We offer a clean, supportive, and professional work environment — and we are looking for responsible, friendly baristas who want to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For
-Positive attitude & willingness to learn
-Strong responsibility and reliability (most important)
-Friendly, professional customer service
-NYC Food Protection Certificate Or willingness to obtain it within 2–3 months
-Latte art is a plus but not required

Responsibilities
-Prepare espresso & matcha beverages
-Operate coffee equipment
-FOH customer service
-Opening/closing tasks
-Maintain a clean & organized workspace

Available Shifts
We are hiring specifically for these shifts:
-Saturdays
*7:00 am–1:00 pm
*1:00 pm–7:00 pm
-Weekdays (Mon–Fri)
*7:00 am–1:00 pm
*1:00 pm–7:00 pm
(weekday Shift times may have slight flexibility, Weekend shifts required)

Applicants who can commit to consistent weekly shifts are preferred.

Compensation
-$16–18 per hour + tips
