KUSTOM is a specialty café built around one simple belief: exceptional quality should be accessible to everyone.

We carefully source ceremonial-grade matcha and specialty coffee, focusing on flavor, consistency, and craftsmanship rather than trends or expensive marketing. Every drink is prepared fresh to order, and every decision we make is driven by quality.

Our goal is to redefine what a neighborhood café can be—offering premium drinks in a welcoming, thoughtfully designed space.

What We’re Looking For
-A clean, professional appearance and good personal hygiene are required.
-Positive attitude & willingness to learn
-Strong responsibility and reliability (most important)
-Friendly, professional customer service
-NYC Food Protection Certificate Or willingness to obtain it within 2–3 months
-Latte art is a plus but not required

Responsibilities
-Prepare espresso & matcha beverages
-Operate coffee equipment
-FOH customer service
-Opening/closing tasks
-Maintain a clean & organized workspace

Available Shifts
We are hiring specifically for these shifts:

-Weekend
*8:00 am–2:00 pm
*10:00 am-4:00 pm
*2:00 am–8:00 pm
-Weekdays (Mon–Fri)
*7:30 am–1:30 pm
*1:30 am–7:30 pm
(weekday Shift times may have slight flexibility, Weekend shifts required)

Applicants who can commit to consistent weekly shifts are preferred.

Compensation
-$17–18 per hour + tips
