Nobletree Coffee is recruiting experienced Baristas for our new café in Downtown Brooklyn. We are looking for dynamic and outgoing coffee professionals with a passion for craft and exceptional heads-up hospitality. Nobletree’s baristas combine expertise and creativity to execute personal coffee experiences in a beautiful environment. Opportunities for advancement abound in this fast-growing company.

Qualifications:

• Weekend and mornings/nights availability required.
• Enthusiasm for making people’s days better.
• Love of clean and tidy spaces (and willingness to keep them that way).
• One year of specialty coffee experience – dial-in, milk preparation, and manual brewing.
• A passion for storytelling; ability to convey the Soil-to-Sip story that makes Nobletree Coffee unique.
• Comfortable working in a small team.
• Cash-handling and Square experience.
• NYC Food Protection Certificate is ideal.
• Ability to travel to Downtown Brooklyn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills with team members and guests.
