Job Description

OddFellows Ice Cream Co. is looking for baristas, scoop experts, and friendly folks who want to do both at our new Coffee & Cream concept opening in Nolita. We are a locally owned and operated small-batch ice cream shop that makes all our ice cream 100% from scratch in our Williamsburg kitchen. Now, we’re partnering with Tradecraft to showcase a rotating selection of specialty coffee roasters from around the country, starting with Nolita’s own Café Integral.

We are looking for outgoing, hardworking individuals with a passion for craft. Folks who love talking (and eating) amazing desserts, drinking stellar coffee, and sharing great food and beverage with New York and the world.

Exceptional candidates will bring heads-up guest service experience, a love of getting things done, a team-first attitude, and some familiarity with specialty coffee and desserts. We can teach coffee to nice people, but specialty coffee experience – basic knowledge of coffee and its origins, dialing in espresso and filter coffees, milk preparation and latte art, familiarity with La Marzocco espresso machines, Curtis brewers, and Mahlkonig and Mazzer grinders – is highly desirable. NYC Food Protection Certificates are too.
