Hey Buddy,

Tired of the humdrum of the Midtown assembly line? Bored out of your skull of Brooklyn chillapathy. Looking for something that combines both aspects of pacing? Well, here we are. We’re a third wave coffee shop located in the Financial District. We’re New York City based and independently owned. Dope hand drawn murals adorn our walls and we strive to bring quality where our aesthetic lies, and strive to push nothing but the best vibes.

We use a well known roaster but have a special line of coffees. We serve Nitro coldbrew, have a full, dedicated kitchen team baking and putting our food and pastries together and we’re working on the beast that is the SanRemo Opera. We’re one of the few (perhaps the second in New York City) to work with this machine. Everything from pressure profiles to manual and automatic settings are customization, and we’re looking for skilled baristas to drive the helm.

YOU, should have:

At least a year of experience in coffee

Be able to steam microfoam

Have basic latte art down

Dial in

Be comfortable around various extraction methods

Be friendly and engaging with customers while maintaining a clean

Be able to multi-task, although hired as a barista, you are expected to be able to float as expediter, cashier and floater when needed. If you are a bar hog, do not apply for this position.

Finally, the ideal candidate must be able  to work well with others as part of a team. If you have your food handler’s, you’ll be bumped to the front of the line. We pay hourly and based on experience.
