Roxy Café is on the lookout for passionate, guest-focused Baristas to join the team at our European-inspired café tucked inside one of New York’s most iconic hotel lobbies. We’re looking for individuals who love coffee, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring a natural warmth and energy to every interaction.

At Roxy Café, we serve exceptional coffee and create memorable guest experiences all day long. Baristas play a central role in setting the tone—welcoming guests, preparing beautiful beverages, and keeping the rhythm going in a dynamic space filled with locals, creatives, and hotel guests alike. Candidates must have prior barista experience and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. A strong sense of reliability, a positive attitude, and open availability (including mornings, weekends, and holidays) are all key.

All Baristas participate in a structured training program designed to build product knowledge and refine hospitality skills. This is a great opportunity for those looking to grow in the hospitality industry while being part of a tight-knit team at a property known for its culture and creativity.
