Partners Coffee is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and more-than-competent shift leads and baristas for our Williamsburg, West Village, Vanderbilt on 45th and our Long Island City cafe to brew great coffee and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Our story began in 2012 with an unwavering commitment to sourcing and roasting quality coffee. Since then, our partnerships with farmers, producers, baristas, roasters, businesses, and customers have helped us grow and nurture a shared coffee culture and experience. We believe we are only as great as the sum of our partners and your role as a barista is essential to our team’s success.
Requirements
o One-year specialty coffee experience in NYC or comparable market
o Weekend availability
o Knowledge and understanding of brew methods, extraction and latte art
o Friendly and positive customer service
o Ability to work on your feet 6-8 hours a day, lift up to 30lbs and to climb stairs
o NY Food Handler’s Card
