Job Description

Till & Sprocket is now hiring initial staff.  We are looking for seasoned baristas who want to take their specialty coffee skills to the next level in terms of service and skill.  In addition to being a full service coffee bar with two Synesso Hydras, pour over bar, and cold brew on tap, we as well have the fittings of a cocktail bar with seltzer on tap and the ability to organize a number of experimental beverages to interact with the dishes in the kitchen.

Till & Sprocket’s aim is to elevate the roll of barista to tender.  Responsibilities will include public and private cupping, selecting and developing an exceptional beverage list.  We as well have a full kitchen which entails serving customers seated at the bar.  With so many moving pieces the goal is to develop a supportive and interactive team environment.

Preferences are at least a few years working in specialty coffee with managerial/organizational experience a bonus.  Salary is TBD and based on experience.
