JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Very strong work ethic, attention to details, and willingness to learn are the most important things we are looking for
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume cafe setting preparing manual espresso-based menu
– High level barista skills across the board including dial-in, micro-foaming, latte art
– Excitement and passion for coffee craft
– Must have food handler’s license
– Comfortable working alone or on a team
– Great counter personality
– Open/weekend availability required
